1952 ജൂണ് 27ന് ആറാട്ടുപുഴയില് ജനനം. കേരളവര്മ്മ കോളേജിലെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസാനന്തരം ബോംബെയില് ജോലി ചെയ്തു . ഇപ്പോള് തൃശ്ശൂരിലെ എസ് എന് എ ഔഷധശാലയില് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നു.
കുങ്കുമം അവാര്ഡ്, കേരള സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി അവാര്ഡ് തുടങ്ങിയ പുരസ്കാരങ്ങള്
